About Our President -

Jorge Diaz-Druet is an accomplished
IRS Enrolled Agent, tax litigation
defense strategist and representative
with almost two decades of
experience and expertise in tax
matters. Enrolled Agent status is the
highest credential awarded by the IRS
and is recognized across all 50 U.S.
states. Jorge earned his BS in
Accounting and MBA in Accounting
and Finance from The University of
Arkansas. Jorge holds other licenses
and certifications including Finra Series
6, Finra Series 63, Finra Series 65 as an
Investment Adviser and Fiduciary, as
well as a Florida DBPR Sports Athlete
Agent Licence. 

Jorge was born and raised in Rio Piedras, 

Puerto Rico, and is a former D1 Athlete. 

His passion to help professional athletes 

with the intricacies of money and taxes

has made him one of the top independent

advisors to clients in all professional 

leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHS, MLS,

NASCAR, MMA) as well as clients 

in D1 and D2 college athletics. Jorge 

currently resides in Tampa, Florida and

has offices in Florida, New York,

Oklahoma and California.
